Superb buffet! Bottomless pop is great to wash down the fish, and the fish is fried as you order it, so it’s super fresh, crisp and hot when it arrives at your table. batter is crunchy but delicate, and the food isn’t soggy with grease either. Plus, you get your own bottle of tartar sauce and ketchup.
The server was very friendly and incredibly nice, so plus points for that! Overall, great spot for a classic dish of fish and chips. I’d come back again, with my family too this time! :)

Love the fish an chips here. The chips are the closest I’ve had to back home in the uk. Batter is always light an crispy. The value for money is great too, if you have the all you can eat which includes drink.

Big fan of the C-​lovers franchise. Back in the days, I really enjoyed their all you can eat at the Langley location.
The quality of their food are very consistent. I believe their oil is changed frequently as I found their deep fried items always consist of a bright golden color. Whenever I crave for fish n chips, this is my go to place.
However, perhaps due to its location, the business is quiet slow here. I am not too impressed with the service staffs, a more friendly service would be appreciated, hence the 4 star.

Horrible service, waited for 10 minutes as the waitress simply kept ignoring us. We left without even getting a table. That being said ive visted many times before however this time is the last.

First time visiting and glad we did! Service was great and the waitress was very helpful and polite. We got the all-​you-​can-​eat which comes with the fish and chips only for $ 11.99. If you order a regular dinner, I believe it was $ 12.99 or $ 13.99 and it comes with cole slaw. We ordered a side of zucchini and fried dill pickles since we never had that before. The zucchini was so good! When our dinner came it was lightly battered fish and HOT! They bread fresh fish right before they cook it. Highly recommend a try!

Mum and pop style even though its part of a chain. Interior is basic sea themed with nothing too hokey. There’s a nice fish tank with large fish on display that can keep kiddies entertained for a bit.
We did AYCE. For $ 11.99 w/​bottomless pop, it’s a good deal. Service polite and friendly and overall efficient.
Fish and chips came out piping hot and seems like its made to order as we did have some waits between re-​orders but the short time allowed us to digest and prep for the next round!
AYCE F&S is our quarterly tradition at this location :)
