Hill and Bay specializes in a couple facets of food management. Catering to homes, businesses and groups as well as event planning to smaller venues is our specialty. Being licensed and insured, Hill and Bay follows strict Ministry of Health rules to provide the best and most astringent adherence to industry standards! Yet this company is creative and hip. It is affiliated with incredible suppliers and can supply wonderfully diverse dishes that will ‘wow’ your guest’s taste buds. We have a list of references who are willing to speak upon our behalf. History
Established in 2014.
The business started with recipes personally created by Audi Stadis and perfected through teaching and serving these dishes to guests who critiqued and graded them. A variety of dishes that were receiving rave reviews became the staple recipes of this business. It was clear that teaching offered a proving ground for the business.
The second pillar of this catering business was the conscious choice to use clean food. After establishing partnerships with suppliers that were totally in sync with our organic philosophy, the movement to build the infrastructure was next.
Insurances, licensing and Ministry of Health approval was sought and granted. The target market was to be to like-minded customers. There has been no turning back. Hill and Bay is a different type of catering company. Flavour profiles, interesting textures, upgraded quality of meats and produce rounded out what defined the catering style.

I am the owner of Hill and Bay. I have studied cooking in almost every corner of world over the last 3 decades. I am very proud of my recipes. I am equally proud of my company. I am an experienced entrepreneur, caterer, event planner, culinary instructor, educator, blogger and foodie. I am passionate about food and its culture, texture, taste and things that create a ‘party on your mouth’. I believe that freshness should be a minimum in food. I believe that if you pay someone for catering, you should educate yourself in their cooking then expect to be blown away by their consistency!
