So I don’t know what to make of this place! I had ancho pasta, really good, but not amazing or flavours I haven’t had before. Now here’s where they lost the buck, was the duck. My friend had the duck, it’s was awful. By far one of the worst meals I have put in my mouth in years. This needs to come off the menu. I would try this place again, but prices were high for the quality of food. Just being honest. Service was good, even with us being a bit of a pain. The girls were nice, cute, friendly, helpful but not all that attentive. Ask for it everything! I could see other table with appetizers not cleaned off with entrée already there. It was weird. But I might try this place again, but not likely. Say no to the DUCK!!!

Had the SPICY ALBACORE TUNA. This idem was good and tasty, I loved the coconut rice! Tuna portion was a bit small for price of dish.

Lunch after long drive from Penticton.
Family Ned’s food. Looks ok.
Seated quickly, chose lunch quickly. Then nothing. Waited patiently for ten minutes before asking the waitress who is serving the two booths on either side of us if we could place our Order. Says it’s not her table (???) but if we are in a hurry (???) she could take our order. WTF! Daughters calamari was great as was my wife’s BLTA & corn soup. I had the Chicken schnitzel burger. Fried perfectly in oil on the hot plate and a tender greasy delight.
OH WAIT! I order the «crispy chicken burger». 3 stars for wife and daughters meal and two gin and tonics. My burger was crap and I was too damn tired to complain. Oh, and M.I.A server never apologized.

First time I went to this restaurant I would have given it 5 stars — it is good. It used to be better though. On my most recent visit there were some new items on the menu, and hopefully that is a sign of a resurgence in the quality of food. Overall the menu options are good — but very limited if you are not a meat eater.

If you love pasta and creamy rich sauces, get whatever pasta they have with the Gorgonzola cream sauce. My boyfriend and I were there last week and they had a mushroom ravioli with the sauce and oh boy, it did not disappoint. (Truthfully, it was the main reason we were going there, hoping the sauce was there!)
I had had the lamb shank and strangely enough, I liked the green beans more than my polenta or lamb… Good thing my boyfriend shared his yummy dinner with me ;)

Visited this spot while on vacation in BC. Very good décor and very friendly staff. We had an initial party of 5 that grew to 12, the staff handled it with a smile and did not give us the impression for one second that we were creating a problem.
The food I had was very good and the rest of our table were also very pleased.

Tried the Sunday Brunch, there was none just the regular lunch menu
Had the «tempura asparagus» and the BLTA (Bacon Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado on a croissant
Tempura was not Japanese style (bread crumbs), rather it was breaded with flour and deep fried, served with a seafood dipping sauce?
Croissant was smaller than a dinner roll but tasty, served with too much garlic mayonnaise for my taste but ok.
French fries were soft and greasy soggy. An ok sandwich but not spectacular for $ 24 and then tip on top of that

Great food in a bistro designed by renowned design firm SSDG. Don’t bother going to Cactus Club or Milestone’s for a meal. This place uses local organic food sourced from local farmers. It’s fantastic!
