So me and my girlfriend were getting tired from waking up with a broken back and decided to get a new mattress and there was one that she was looking at for awhile and it was on sale! So after talking to the clerk which numerous times would talk to other customers before finishing with us(very rude) told us our bill would be 14 $ a month. So after a month we got a bill for 55 $ instead so I called in and customer service said yup this is the monthly bill you agreed upon when I agreed on 14 $ not 55 $!!! a month! So after 2 months I paid in full. I have been complaining to the store for a month that the bed is defective. I can pinch together on one side of the mattress together with 0 effort but the other side I am unable to do this. There is obviously something wrong with the foam coils. They are giving a hard time exchanging a defective product and are straight out refusing to change this defective hurts my back still pos mattress. I will edit my review as updates come.
