…is great no more!!! Used to be good. Now the place is a disaster. The main reason is the staff– two adolescent girls who are not only utterly incompetent(repeat your order three times then check your bagel when you leave– It will not be the bagel you ordered) but also have personalities better left at home grounded in their rooms by mom and dad– keep them there for a few months I say. I started going here in 2006 and they had a fabulous charming and incredibly efficient guy in the drive-through– it was almost worth the trip just to say hello. Unfortunately his story ended sadly. He was a lovely guy, whose personality itself should have been rewarded with at least a management position– the kind of guy every restaurant owner dreams of. Now, two nasty incompetent teenagers are there in the morning on weekdays, and they have the audacity to snap at their customers and accuse YOU of being rude when they get your order wrong for the twentieth time. When you drive up in the morning now, there is no one in the place, and still they can’t get your order right. The place used to be packed. This is what happens when you leave your restaurant in the charge of children. I give this place another six months before it closes. Too bad, it used to be, well, great.

I really like the owners and staff here. Their biggest challenge is crafting a system to take and fulfil orders more swiftly. It seems random and customers are left standing around far too long. If you are tight for time at lunch, for example, you may really feel pressed to get in and out in a timely fashion. The food is quite decent, fresh and hot. Try their tomato soup — it is really great on a cold winter day! The regular clientele is very sociable and you have the feel of a hometown hangout.
