We popped in this morning to have someone take a look at our driver’s side mirror (the glass had popped loose after an brief altercation with a barrier in a MacDonald’s drive-​through) and there was a rust spot near the back window. The service was speedy, thorough, and professional. We were served right away without any wait time and both issues were taken care of within 10 minutes. If we require any other glass repairs we’ll definitely use Novus again.
