Canadian Tire

Very knowledgeable auto service staff I went to havey car fixed and wasn’t given the run around I got straight info and decent prices and everything was done when they said it was going to be finished. They even offered me a free shuttle ride to work.

I was going to give Canadian Tire a two star but their customer service is so bad I couldn’t move my cursor over that far! I cannot believe any Tire owners ever visit their own stores. It takes you at least 10 minutes of standing in the aisle to finally flag down a clerk (a sales associate?!) who usually tells you that it is not her section.
They have a training program teaching the clerks how to avoid eye contact, dodge down an adjoining aisle and not to know where a single item is located other than the lawnmowers you are standing in front of.
And Automotive is a beaut … go to change your tires, and they come up with more repairs than a Nascar overhaul. Yikes!
Get out of head office guys and see what is going on in your stores! You can do so much better with just a bit of work.
