This place is okay in a pinch if you want to pick up prepared food or even some small grocery items.
What I can’t get over, however, is the somewhat questionable cleanliness factor. I just get the impression that it is kind of dirty in here: the floors seem greasy, the ceiling is speckled grey near the air vents (I won’t say anything beyond that) and there are fruit flies buzzing around the open shelf of muffins.
I had some hot foods here and they were all right, but not memorable, and the choice/​quality pales in comparison to Marcello’s a block away. Due to the icky feeling I get when I have been here a few times, I haven’t been back.

I eat lunch here almost every single and I am never disappointed! They have fresh made sandwiches available for pick up or you can wait in the sandwich line and have one made just for you exactly how you want it. Fresh salads every day, hot bar, soups, pizza… basically anything you want, they will have! Different hot foods everyday and the prices are more than reasonable.

I’ve been here often for lunch. They have a very reasonable price for their wraps. A chicken wrap from there is something like $ 4.59+tax and is enough for most people. They also have nice muffins, yogurt+granola+berries etc if you need a bit more food. Recommend the red sauce on your wrap (can’t be more specific than that, but they’ll know what it is).
They also have a variety of hot dishes you can pay for by weight which I have heard are good, but I stick with the wraps.

Can’t believe nobody has written a review on this place! It’s located in an office building on Laurier street downtown and is my absolute favorite place to grab lunch! HUGE selection — full buffet, sandwich bar, salads, muffins, deserts, etc. Pretty much something for everyone here and it all tastes delicious! Prices are very reasonable, especially for wraps: about $ 5 for a chicken breast wrap with whatever toppings you want — a popular choice for my friends and I. Although the place gets busy they have a ton of cashiers on staff so you never have to wait long to pay for your food.
