Reflections Salon and Spa

These guys were really accommodating with a last minute appointment for me for a gel mani-​pedi & eyebrow wax.
I wish I could give a 3.5 because the eyebrow work was really top notch!
The Mani-​Pedi was okay, but I’ve gotten Gel for a long time, and this one has chipped and lasted shorter than anywhere I’ve ever had it done. I usually get my nails done while on business travel, so I have experience with a lot of different places.
The two ladies were so friendly, and really lovely people. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back and give them another try.
It appears that the hair part of the «salon» & spa isn’t up and running right now, so don’t expect to go in for a trim anytime soon. It seems there’s not a stylist on staff at the moment.

I made an appointment at reflections in Cambridge for a hair cut and dye. I could barely hear the woman on the phone, it almost sounded like she was driving in her car. I immediatly felt nervous about this place for just that reason alone. I decided to go ahead with this place anyway on a Saturday afternoon. Mid week, I received a phone call from reflections to change my appointment from 1pm to 10 am. I said okay but I felt a little bit irritated because I had already arranged for a sitter for my 10 month old. Saturday came along and I left my home by 8:30am (I live out of town) to drop off my son and to make my appointment. When I arrived, the lady had told me that the hairdresser is not in that day and no one can cut and highlight my hair… seriously?? Nobody? The manager comes out and says she called me to cancel my appointment, so I quickly pull out my phone and I did not see any missed phone call from them! I showed her my phone and asked her if she sees her number in my phone log. I was livid! I told her what I had to go through to get there and she couldn’t offer me anything. So I said «I don’t know why I’m arguing with you. I will never come here again!»
