Business Owner
Chef Pirooz has worked at over 2 dozen restaurants for some of the finest luxury establishments with the most discerning clientèle. From his school of life training in Gastronomic Apprenticeships he has acquired his vast skills and knowledge over 30 years of his life. Chef cooks in a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Indian, all Asian and Middle Eastern Cuisines, but Chef Pirooz specialities are European food. Chef Pirooz has a vast repertoire and deep knowledge of spice mixing buys all his spices individually and creates his own mixes and combinations, he creates his own special «Elixirs» to tantalise your taste-buds. Pirooz loves to create his own dishes that engage your entire mouth, making sure you use 4 of the 5 taste buds in his menu. Pirooz likes to make changes to the recipes frequently when he spontaneously feels it is needed.
