I was on a trip to Cambridge and saw this place near by where we parked. The restaurant is pretty clean and good. The most of the clients seemed to be seniors at this location on a Saturday evening.
The service was quite good and fast. The server was friendly and helpful. The menu has quite a bit of choices in terms of fish and is not too bad on the pocket. The bring bread in the beginning to munch on.
We tried their fried fish and a fish burger with Fries. The fried fish was Pollock and was nice hot and crispy but the fish tasted ok, whereas the Fish burger was Cod fish and was quite good. The fires were fresh and quite nice.
Parking is free and over all a decent joint.

This is an English-​style fish & chip place. I ordered Pollock & chips w/​mushy peas. It was okay. The place is apparently under new management and seems to have lost some of it’s charm. The service was friendly, but a bit on the slow side, especially since there were only three other tables with customers.
As fish & chip places go, this is pretty good, and I will come back, when in the area. We used to drive here to get the fish & chips. Now, I don’t think it is much better than what is available in Brantford.
