I gave it 3 stars for the customer service. The guy on the phone was very polite and patient and gave me recommendations. I placed the order for delivery and I ordered: 1 Small Deluxe Pizza 2 Root Beers Bbq/Hot Wings All Sorted Sub + Extra Mayo and Sub Sauce. They forgot the pizza!!! No problem, I’m pretty easy going so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I call back, let him know, he apologizes and says it will be delivered to me within 15min and he will give me something else free(didn’t really hear him). either way he was not upset or rude or sounded irritated at all! That! Is what you call customer service. The sub tastes really good and fresh, my only problem is, I don’t taste the sub sauce at all. the chicken wings are typical. Not bad but not the greatest either and I love wings but it wasn’t enough to make me go wow 3 out of 5 for the wings and 4 out of 5 for the sub. I didn’t receive the pizza yet guys, so I will review as soon as this pizza man shows up: P Okay, so I received the pizza and I’m sort of disappointed. First off, they charged me $ 10 dollars(original $ 14 dollars) So I did not get it free(even though it was suppose to be part of my orginal order *Confused Face* Lacks flavor even though it has almost everything on it. I wouldnt re order it. Sub has more flavor then the pizza. But everything is definitely Fresh, it just lacks some flavor, that’s all.

Andy’s is probably the best place in Cambridge to get pizza these days. They’ve been around forever and definitely have stood the test of time. Their pizza crust is thin and crispy and they use real bacon strips, which is always a winner for me. I’ve yet to try their oven baked subs, but if their pizza is any indication they’ll be great too.

Want a real handmade pizza from a «Mom and Pop» pizza joint? Want something made with care with fresh ingredients? Then stop into Andy’s Pizza in downtown Cambridge and say that Mark the Bus Driver sent you. Andy’s Pizza is actually owned by a great guy named Tony who bought the place a long time ago but did not change the name! Joe is his usual sidekick who has been there for over two decades now and you will see Tony’s sons working there as well. The ingredients are fresh and you will see new dough constantly being made. Great conversation awaits you if you want to chat with Tony a bit. If the Leafs are playing the game will be on and that combined with the smell of fresh pizzas in the oven always makes for a welcoming atmosphere on a cold night. My favorite pizza is the«Andy’s Super Deluxe» which comes with real bacon pieces(whole pieces; not bacon bits), pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and sausage. The subs, gyros and other great items on the menu are great as well but for me it is the pizza. Life is too short to buy chain pizza. Go to Andy’s if you are in the Cambridge area. Just say that Mark the Bus Driver sent you!

Amazing childhood memories from this place, partially because of the pizza and my friend Kim who would surprise us with pizza(I love you Kim :)) and also one of the best pizza pie places around. I find it hard not to stop in here when in town. Its true, they still use real cheese baked on top of the pizza and they make the best oven baked subs in town. If you haven’t been, you are missing out. I wish they delivered to Toronto

Real cheese, real bacon, delicious sauce, fresh veggies piled on generously… No 2 for 1 deals, just awesome pizza(and subs) for a good price. Andy’s looks a bit hole-in-the-wallish but you won’t find better pizza anywhere.
