I guess it’s as good as it gets as a bakery behind security. As usual, it’s very expensive for what it’s really worth. I had a 9 $ tuna croissant which was probably made of yesterday’s batch. A bit dry but the portion was ok. However, the 4.50 $ cappuccino was really good.

Brioche Doree is just past the security clearance for flights within Canada. It was early in the morning and I knew I needed some good breakfast. I got myself a tuna croissant non-toasted with a regular white chocolate mocha. The lady who served me was attentive and thoughtful as she check the quality of the existing tuna croissant that was in the cooler. Upon inspection, she decided to get me a fresh tuna croissant instead. The fresh tuna croissant was lovely, it was fresh and had a good amount of flavour and juicyness to it. As for the white chocolate mocha, I wasn’t too much of a fan about it. I would definitely be back here again for more of their wonderful sandwiches when the opportunity to travel arises again. +(^.^)+
