At least in terms of customer service. When I called to inquire about some corporate business, he puts me on hold for a few minutes, then rudely asks, «What do you want?»…
Then ask about his delivery charges, he hangs up!
Guess he’s a bit sensitive and thinks anyone is willing to pay $ 12 for delivery charge lol.
