I contacted Jordan via email on the recommendation of a friend after a door to door salesperson told me that I needed to upgrade my furnace. I wanted to get a local professional opinion so I contacted them. I’m very happy that I did!
Jordan was really easy to deal with over email and we got the appointment booked really quickly. The guys Bob and Mitch who came to my house were awesome. They had 2 sets of shoes 1 for in and 1 for out. They were really efficient and friendly and answered all my questions. I have an older furnace (1982) and was asking whether or not I should rush out and replace it and Bob gave me a lot of great information about high efficiency furnaces in older homes and some other upgrades that I could make prior to upgrading my furnace that would make more sense.
The bill in my opinion was extremely reasonable and they were in and out of my house within 1.5 hours. I’m also planning to now how my humidifier replaced by this company as well since they were such a pleasure to deal with.
Would highly recommend them to anyone. When it does come time to have my furnace replaced I will absolutely be using W & J.

I got W&J Heating’s contact info from my father who was actually talked out of buying a new furnace by Jordan, his just needed a good cleaning. Mine however was 29 years old, inefficient, and unreliable. Jordan gave me 100% honest answers about what I should purchase, actually talking me out of an infinity AC unit. Jordan knows his stuff and wants to get you into the right sized furnace & AC in your budget. He asked me questions like how long I was planning to stay in my home so that I didn’t waste my money. In my case I’m not planning to ever move and opted for the top end Carrier Infinity furnace. Now my whole house feels different. I can even control the humidity right at the thermostat. The install was very clean and the new lines were tucked neatly between the floor joists. Their crew even fixed my hot water exhaust because it was not to code and repaired a leaky pipe by the hot water tank, no extra cost. They just did it because it wasn’t right and so they made it right. The Trane sales team at the Home Depot tried to up sell me, quoted me thousands more, and we’re just trying to make me spend as much as possible on a system that wasn’t right for me.
