Got an alright deal on a command starter and installations. Picked up my truck, the command starter didn’t even work, clearly the«techs» never even tried to make sure. Was told to come back the next day and get it fixed, once i arrived was told I had to book an appointment next week!!! Are you kidding me j just spent 600 $ at your store and you just sweep me.

I have also had issues with them selling me a product that is not available yet it never coming. Several calls to the store and half the time the salespeople can’t even see the order in the system. Salespeople say they will look into it and then never get back to you. This store has some serious issues and I would not recommend shopping here.

Cheap prices but don’t expect any decent service. This is my first and last experience with this Visions location as I have been left far less than impressed. Sure, the TV I purchased was cheap as it was on sale but when I’m making a purchase of that magnitude I would expect a certain level of service. I went into this location during a sale and asked about a particular model that they had advertised on the website. The sales associate then proceeded to inform me of another great model in the same kind of style and price range. I was convinced then that this other model was also a great deal and would fit my needs so I purchased it. After paying for the TV I was then informed that the do not have it in stock. Wait, you mean you couldn’t have told me that before I purchased it? But then I was informed I shouldn’t worry as they would have the TV shipped down from the Airdrie location in a matter of days. After that timeframe had elapsed I did not receive a phone call from them and called them myself. The first person I spoke to could not find my order in the computer but promised to call me back after she found out what was happening with the order. I waited for over an hour for the call and called the store again. This time I spoke with a different person and he was much more helpful but informed me that they might be able to find the time to go and get it the next week! Okay, I understand that going through staffing changes can leave a location short staffed but this situation is absurd. Why had I not been informed of this prior to purchasing the TV? Offering no real consolation, I was informed I could go and pick it up myself in Airdrie. All in all, the worst service I have ever received. Do not purchase anything from this location, go somewhere else.

DONOTGET A CARSTEREOINSTALLEDHERE!!! It has taken me 5 trips and countless hours of frustration to get my car stereo working. I purchased everything in December, and booked a date the first week of January to have it installed. When I showed up for the appointment I was told someone must have moved me out of the install spot because my sales guy wrote my info in the book in pencil. Not impressed. So I booked for 2 weeks later. I get a phone call the morning of the day I’m supposed to go in, telling me that they will have to reschedule again because they don’t have all the parts in. You would think they would check this ahead of time? I told them I would track down the missing parts myself and bring them with me to the appointment that afternoon. When I arrived to drop it off, I’m told they’re also missing components for the satellite radio. A sales guy offers to go purchase it at Best Buy so they can do the install for me, as I’m getting mad at this point. I pick up my car at 8:45 pm, excited for the new stereo and speakers. When I get into the car, there is a huge star-crack in my windshield, the passenger side door doesn’t open, and there is a gasket hanging from it. I realize they are closing so decide to go back the next day to get it fixed and ask about the crack. I go back the next day, they say they will fix the door and gasket, but that I can’t prove that the crack wasn’t already there when I dropped it off so they won’t take responsibility. I know for a fact it wasn’t because I had left it at a valet lot at the airport until that day, while on holidays. I leave there, and go over a speed bump and my dash kit falls out. I go back, make yet another appointment to have it fixed. They put it back in, but it is so tight on the top side that I can’t eject the faceplate. A few days later, I go to put groceries in the trunk, and see one set of speakers that were supposed to be installed in the rear. I paid for two sets to be installed, yet here was one set in my trunk, still in the box. I go back AGAIN to ask about them why the second set wasn’t installed. I was told they didn’t have enough time to put them in. Considering I paid for the install, that would have been a good thing to know. I book another appointment to have them installed. I’m told that what I paid is now not enough to do the rear speakers because of what’s involved. I tell them that given the amount of time I’ve spent trying to get this done, I’m not paying any more money. In the end, they did install the rear speakers, however, when I turned it up even slightly, all I heard was metal rattling on the passenger rear speaker. I decide NOT to go back to them again, and to fix it myself. I rip the rear panel apart, and see that the speaker was installed touching the outer body of the car. I buy a gasket to bring it out a bit, and now it works fine. You would think they would test them before they release the vehicle? So, my stereo now works(although I still have to rip the dash apart to fix the alignment of the deck so I can remove the faceplate), but my reverse lights don’t anymore.
