Need Project Funds — we can help!

Financial Structuring for Private and Government clients is our main stream of business. We are the principle lender in some circumstances and the introductory lender under other scenarios depending on the project, the participating collateral from the Client, and other financial application expressions.

Most of the projects we fund are also supervised via our third party engineering firm to report the project course toward completion — upon their recommendation the project draw down funds are released by our appointed international accounting firm overseeing the project fund disbursements.

We also may recommend new technologies into a project we are funding, and fund these recommendations if not allowed for in the original project, but considered appropriate and advantageous to the overall submission provided by the client.

We welcome the partnership registrations of corporations to participate as one of our listed contractor partners.

We were incorporated in the year 2000 as an Albert, Canada registered corporation serving our clients with financial services and representations through our partnerships and associations in the industry of finance.

We presently have representation through many independent associates around the world. Our associates of representation all carry a professional background of varied experience bringing forward many well respected clients involved in their areas of business and development.

Business Owner

His career encompasses more than 40 years of hands-​on experience in many areas of a variety of industries. Exploration and production in the petroleum industry, all aspects of the building and construction industry, the industrial exhibition, advertising, and show management introductions, and the retail sales industry. The financial industry has been the ambition and extension of the past experiences for the past twenty years. He brings to the firm an important combination of varied industry hands-​on experiences and how they relate to his investment expertise, professionalism, and a thorough and proven commitment to client service.

Over the years he has travelled and worked extensively throughout Eastern & Western Europe, Asia (India & China), West & East Africa, the Middle East (UAE and KSA) and has been instrumental as an advisory for development, financial structuring, and completion of numerous business projects. This world perspective allows him to be intuitive, reactive and ef
