As a barber shop this place has loads to offer the staff is friendly and very good at their job. To my surprise there are only ladies no male barbers .I take by little boys there but I only have one concern it’s the way some of the staff dress up its very revealing. I will request for appropriate dressing of the girls. Other then this it’s a fun place with lots of gadgets and you won’t realize the wait time.

After years of shaving my own head I ventured out to Tommy’s for a hair cut and beard trim. This was the first time I had my new beard trimmed and Hawi did an awesome job. Her scalp massage was an added bonus. I will be back!

I took my son in for a cut and he was thrilled. We were told about a 20 minute wait, but it was quicker than that. Easily passed the time with a game of table hockey and he enjoyed a pop while waiting. The service and cut was fantastic!

I went in to try this location for a hair cut. I had a very pleasant experience here, as with most tommy gun’s I’ve been to. I love the big and comfortable barber chairs. my favourite part is the scalp massage. I love the atmosphere here and if there is a wait there is also a menchies close by. They were also open on Canada day when every other barber I had called that day was closed.

They don’t do reservations, so when you first come in you register your name and email and cell number on an ipad at the front desk. Then you can stay and watch TV, play bubble hockey, browse their hair products, play Pac-Man/Galaga or leave the store and go to a store nearby. They will text you to remind you of your appointment time. So, a one-hour wait at 5pm on a Friday might be easier if you can also get some errands done in the meantime. The services offered are haircuts, shaves and scalp treatments(they also sell scalp treatment products). I’m not sure what they’re about, but I have a feeling everyone will need them one day. The haircut also includes a mini scalp massage, which is incredibly relaxing. I wonder if people fall asleep? After the hair wash and massage they apply a minty something which makes my head tingle. I hope that’s the intended result. Despite all the manliness, it’s a place suitable for kids and there were a few boys with their pops lined up after me. It’s nice there’s an actual standup arcade game so the men can pass on the important things to the next generation. Like how to get a second gunship in Galaga. The haircut was great. The hairdresser was pleasant. The atmosphere was open and friendly. The only downside is you could get a more frugal haircut somewhere down the street, but this place gets big ambience points.

I have heard good things about Tommy Gun’s, so I was excited when one opened in Crowfoot Crossing. You walk in and there is no doubt, it is designed for men! Check in for an appointment on a touch screen and they offer coffee or pop while you wait. There is a vintage pac-man game in the corner, tablets to use and lots of hair, beard and shaving product to browse. The staff is very friendly and good at their job! The barber chairs are big and comfortable. Unlike everywhere else I have ever been, the hair washing sink is at your station, so spin and lean back for a good wash and a fantastic head massage. There is a TV behind the mirror, usually already on TSN. I have been there 4 times now and will continue to go. Cool vibe, lovely staff, good haircut. what else do I need?
