Tim Hortons

The coffee here is piping hot. Love it!
Lots of people stop by to pick up their cup of java on their way to wherever. The traffic in and out of the parking is a bit of a pain. Some are angled parking and the rest is straight-​on parking. Weird.
It’s so dark in the wee hours of the morning. They really should put up some lights in their parking lot for security sake.

This isn’t the cleanest Tim Horton’s I’ve been in, but I’ll give their staff credit for knowing what their regulars want and to a lesser degree trying to guess what new customers might be after.
I just ran in to grab my girlfriend an iced-​cap (cappuccino with ice, which she says are delicious, by the way) and one of the guys pouring things blurted out something about a «double-​double» and a ham sandwich or something equally bizarre while pointing a finger at me.
«No,» I replied, «not even close».
Now that I think about it, maybe they really don’t know their customers at all. Maybe he just got lucky with the guy behind me who actually did want a black coffee.
Anyway, I do like their ham sandwiches on other occasions. They’re fresh and they will make it the way you want it. But I’ve never had one at this location, nor have I ever drank their coffee. I think I’ll stop in again and see what he predicts I’ll order. Then I’ll hit him with a hot chocolate, a Boston Crème donut and a few pieces of loose ham… and maybe a bowl of chili. Sounds good.
