This is the worst Tims I have ever been to. Sadly it is the closest one to my house. I think from now on I will wait until I get to work to grab a coffee and a bagel. I think they are purposely trying to make my food worse every time I go. One day they left out my hashbrown(aka the best part of a breakfast combo). Another day my bagel toasted with butter had so little butter I wasn’t even sure if it was there. They are also extremely slow compared to the equally busy Tims I go to near work. At the location near my workplace they often have my food ready before I have even paid. Sometimes at the Centre Street location I wonder if they have forgotten I’m there waiting. The service is also less than satisfying. Today I tried to order a soup combo. The guy rang in just the soup and I repeated that I’d like the combo with a tea. Then I was deciding what donut I wanted and the man said is that all and I confirmed(thinking he rang in the combo) and he informed me that«that’s not a combo then» because I hadn’t specified a donut. I was so frustrated with my day and that man that I just gave up and said okay. Thank you for informing me that I am incapable of ordering a soup combo. Sorry I didn’t have a chance to tell you what kind of donut I wanted.

Ok service, but less than stellar food. My tea was warm, but not hot, and the Boston Cream was stale.

I agree with Crystal, but her opinion is slightly biased. The food and drinks are flawless. Yes, there are piles of kids at Tim Horton’s during school hours, and I’m one of them, but that’s not Tim Horton’s fault. Yes, the building is badly placed. Yes, we run wild during school hours. And yes, I get annoyed when there are high school kids so close to me I can feel them breathing. However, I think this Tim Horton’s is great… for teenagers. If you want to go here for peace and quiet, good luck. Apparently, we own this place. Don’t try to have a meeting, don’t try to read your newspapers, because there will always be rowdy kids at the Timmy’s. The building is very badly placed, but prices are pretty good, food is amazing, and as long as you can get by the many, many teenagers that occupy it, it’s not a bad choice. Just don’t sit down, and don’t leave your things unattended. I caught a kid trying to steal a purse. Should have said something, but I’m sure my glare was enough to make him put it down and leave. 3 stars, just because of the kids.

There is nothing wrong with the coffee or food, but the atmosphere is the issue. I’m sorry, but chillin’ in a long line with a bunch of teens from the neighborhood high school is not where it’s at over the noon hour. I’ve got my head in work mode and like, all I can hear, dude, is ridiculous and loud comments between friends like«You’re the lamest gay guy I know» and I totally want to give someone the elbow to leave me some space, you know? The place was a crumby mess with lots of kids crammed inside, eating lunches they didn’t purchase there. Point is, don’t go anywhere near this Tim’s around the noon hour or after school, especially if you want to get any work done or conduct a meeting. It’s a small space and there’s no escaping any ruckus. Thankfully the majority of the rowdies and loiterers left before my meeting started.
