The Apothecary in Inglewood is the brainchild of Jill Hawker of All Things Jill. This well known Calgary company can be found «behind the magic curtain» at The Apothecary, where they manufacture & distribute their natural personal care products across North America.
After establishing her wholesale manufacturing business and moving into the beautiful century building in Inglewood where her products are made, Jill made the bold decision to open a retail shoppe in 2012 and hasn’t looked back.
The Apothecary is more than just a retail store with staff that simply sell things; we are passionate about education and we’ll spend an hour (or more!) with you if needed, to answer all your questions. We are proud to employ and train aromatherapists who can answer the tough questions and service our customers in a whole way. Stop by for a sniff sometime!

Originally from Erin, Ontario, Jill dabbled with making soaps and bath salts at a young age, fascinated by how the ingredients would come together to make a certain product. After obtaining a Music Education degree and working several years in Marketing and corporate training, Jill moved to Calgary from Ontario in November 2004 to launch All Things Jill full time. Her company is now thriving and serving customers well. She finally realized her vision of «playing store» in real life with the opening of The Apothecary in 2012.
When she’s not at the office you can find Jill at the curling rink, working as a part-time canine obedience instructor, or working with her pup (and resident shoppe-dogger), Django.
