I went there and saw Maria who i was assured was amazing when I booked. She was a very nice woman but it was NOT a good experience. I had been growing out my short bob for months and was only going in to get it textured because my hair is very thick and for bangs. I showed her a picture and explained very clearly that I have been growing out my hair and keeping the length was important. She cut and layered and cut and cut some more. I went from medium length hair to super short all over again. I was in shock. She even asked if I was okay because i became very quiet. I have never cried over a haircut but I did that day. It looked so horrible and she did not do what I asked even a little. Obviously I won’t be going back. It was very upsetting.

Absolute worst place alive I asked for my hair to be thinned out and ended up with my hair just below my ear as I went in with my hair at mid back also asked for white blonde hair and it is bright yellow the same as when I walked in not impressed at all and payed 150 $ for something so awful

I went in for an OPI manicure & pedicure and I am very disappointed. I expected the skin of my feet to be softer. She barely exfoliated my feet and she didn’t rub cream on them either. So I still have dead skin all over my feet. Massages with a cream were inexistent for both hands and feet. The polish was well done … but on my toenails only. The polish on my nails barely lasted a week… I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went in for a mani pedi last Saturday. Had high hopes because Sonny was so booked that I had to wait a week just for the service. I understand that the nails are OPI but they BARELY lasted a week! I had to take them and redo them myself today because they’re cracking and falling apart all over the place. For $ 45 (including $ 10 tips because the Groupon was $ 70 original) I am very disappointed. The nails were bubbly when Sonny was done with them. If I had paid $ 70 for this service I would have been calling back and complaining.

Pretend haircut. Seriously, just because I can’t see without my glasses while you are cutting my hair, doesn’t mean I couldn’t see there is no hair on the floor when I left. Got a funny feeling when the stylist didn’t bother to section my hair while cutting and focussed mostly on one side. Didn’t even show me the back of my head when she was done. Yep, I am spineless and wouldn’t confront you at the time, but am really angry now that I have to go and get it recut just to get the dead ends taken care of.

Wow! What service and such professionalism! My haircut by Sonny came to $ 48.50 (incl tax). She is a quiet lady but she does precision cutting. I love my haircut! Now, this is a great hair cut place. Will be back.
