Stavro’s Steak House & Lounge

Your friendly neighbourhood dive bar that serves up some deep and delicious pizza! Thick, heavy and loaded with cheese that get’s that toasty top — if I’m ever in the NW and need to order some pizza, Stavro’s is my very clear go to. They excel at traditional topping pizzas but also do a great job with some original ones. They’ve got a taco pizza with taco spice ground beef, jalepenos and fresh diced tomato, shredded lettuce and sour cream on top. Excellent!
Sometimes they’ve got some guys playing classic rock covers, but mostly you can expect a quiet small, neighbourhood pub atmosphere with a host of regulars. A good place to hang out with a few friends over pints and shoot some pool or play some darts.
They’ll allow kids during the day. I know this because I started going here with my parents when we used to live in the neighbourhood and have returned around once a year for the past 18 years or so.
