Probably the worst service at Starbucks. The girl took my order, I asked for extra light ice, I know that seems excessive, but I’m paying $ 5.00 for juice. I get to call the shots. I was watching the guy make my drink, I watched him put in the largest scoop of ice I have ever seen. Granted when he poured it he added extra juice and it was the tastiest refresher I’ve had in a while but when I looked at the label the girl had rung it in as a regular refresher with no modifications. Not only that but when the girl had finished my order she no longer had anything to do and stood and chatted with the drive through attendant while the other worker made all the drinks. Speed up the service by helping out co workers or help clean up some of the mess. And pay attention when I’m ordering so you don’t screw up my drink, if I want light ice i’d better get light ice.

Coffee is like any other Starbucks, but this place seriously needs to improve their customer service. Today after I ordered a latte I asked to reload my card, the sales person finished the transaction and went back to organizing their stock(standing on a ladder back to me). I stood there like what the hell? No thanks — no would you like a receipt. The bartista saw me standing there waiting and said did I need anything else — then the sales person turned around on the ladder and said oh do you want a receipt? I said yes. She told me to just grab it from the till where it printed. … Sure thanks for your help… NOT! Half the time when ever I’m here the staff chit chat and laughing is louder than the actual customers there! Rant done… If only the other Starbucks nearby was better!

Starbucks coffee. Tastes just like it does at any of the other million or so starbucks on the planet. Barrista doesn’t really do anything other than punch buttons on the machine and steam milk, so there isn’t really a lot to mess up. Service on the other hand, is variable, and this place seems to have found its rhythm. Long lines in the morning move quickly, staff are friendly and seem to have a handle on what’s going on. Prepared food is pretty terrible, but then who goes to a Starbucks expecting something good to eat?

16⁄30 Came here to get a latté at the drive-thru; guy assumed I had been waiting too long and gave it to me on the house! I didn’t even notice the long wait, because I’m still too giddy over the awesome news I received. Thanks, Starbucks! You made an awesome day better!
