I miss the old Starbucks when customers mattered. Big line up this afternoon, entrance blocked by staff unpacking Christmas stuff (and breaking new inventory –funny to watch), one person on cash… disaster from a customer service point of view.

A classic Starbucks location with friendly staff and nice patio chairs.
As a fan of the iced americano on the patio, this location does not disappoint. I can count on being served quickly and in a friendly manner and then go and people watch while I drink it. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot, but it’s a nice way to enjoy a coffee. Nothing wrong with this location, but a Starbucks is a Starbucks.
Coffee keeps me going, friendliness just makes the whole experience better.

Excellent service, consistent taste! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. It’s always clean, and the staff there are friendly, quick and efficient. Probably one of the best in town!

When you compare the different locations in this general area, such as Aspen Landing (bad) and West Springs (ok), this is by far the best location. Westbrook mall is no destination mall by any means but this starbucks makes the experience much better. The staff are attentive and friendly and the overall starbucks experience and consistency is there. Can’t go wrong here!

The staff here are always so nice. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years — probably 10 or so, and I’ve never encountered a rude employee. Plus the last girl spelt my name properly on my cup so bonus points!

Best Starbucks in the city. When I walk in they start getting my drink ready without me even having to ask for it! You rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes and the staff are great!
