Starbucks

Terrible service and unknowledgeable about their own product.

it is Starbucks… not too bad… but it is no Artigiano’s…just sayin’

Now this airport Starbucks is operated as the thousands of their shops.
The staff are great, quick and efficient just as a Starbucks should be, especially in an airport !!

I travel through the Calgary Airport alot, and on my last trip I made the mistake of stopping at Starbucks. Not only was the coffee seriously over priced, I was appalled at how rude every member of the staff was. The man taking my order glared at me and rolled his eyes while I tried to remember the stupid names they have for sizes. When I said «Just the medium size I guess,» and tried to laugh it off, he snapped «Do you mean TALL?» Well I guess I do! He snatched my money out of my hand and practically threw my change back on the counter. The staff making the drinks barked out drinks they had made and greeted everyone with a frown, even after I smiled and said thank you. They must really hate their jobs, and now I really hate their business!

I tried the oatmeal for the first time this morning and was quite impressed. I also ordered my usual London fog which was made to perfection. My only knock on this location was that they were out of sleeves for the cups. The staff were bright and cheerful considering the long line of people they were pumping through.
