Business Owner

Owner of Spirits of Cranston, originally born in Nova Scotia and moved to Calgary. Roy and his old business partner opened the very first independent liquor store in Calgary in the 1990’s. Roy now has his own business in south Calgary and run by his wife and daughter.

Over $ 33 for a 750mL that costs $ 25 or less at most other locations. No thanks. I’ll take the 10 minute drive to RB in Midnapore. Hopefully they fix their prices. Until then, I’ll take the time to go to other places.

Friendly staff, clean place, convenient location.
Still, I avoid this place at all costs because of price point. It’s a good place to go if you want to pay $ 3 or $ 4 more for a six pack.

Houston, TX
One of the few liquor stores that actually listens to the customer regarding products. The staff know the products, and the owners know how to take care of their staff. You can tell that the staff actually want to be there. I always shop there when I am in Calgary.
