Nicely run coffee shop with options for caffeine and snacks.
The only complaint about the setup is a lack of outlets for the tethered millenials. I was able to finally snag a table with a 120 VAC outlet, but only having one connection in a coffee shop in 2015 is a recipe for non repeat tech minded customers.

Confused workers. Give away your coffee cup and sleeve to other customers then said «not our fault». WTF can’t you figure it out! To that person who took cup and sleeve — why?

This Second Cup is located in a small strip mall west of North Hill mall. It provides consistent franchise goods without confusing mixed language terms for sizes. The atmosphere is relaxed and the coffee is good.
There is free wifi and a few plugs for power along the east wall for laptop users.

Nice and friendly staff. Ordered a take-​away box of coffee for a group. The coffee didn’t pour well after about the 5−6th cup and had to take the box apart to get the last bit out. Bad design on the box, no reflection on the store though.
