The number one favourite product of mine is «Safe Hands», a liquid soap for your hands. Not only does it smell AMAZING, but it leaves my diamond ring oh so sparkly. I only wish Saje would sell it as a body wash. Instead, I usually dilate it a bit and use when I shower. I’m a fan of the nebulizers and the rainforest scent. My house smells so nice and the machine shuts itself down. I could buy multiple nebulizers but I just bring it around to different areas of the house. For the soap bars, my favourite scent is Lemongrass. Lasts a decent amount. I don’t care for the little lemongrass particles in the soap as the residual bits lay around the drain. Prices are reasonable. $ 12.99 for«Safe Hands», $ 5 for a bar of soap and $ 90 for the nebulizer and it has a solid warranty on it.

I am a huge aromatherapy fan. Everything from essential oils to bath bombs and all things yummy scented in between. That being said this was my first trip in to Saje Natural Wellness and now I am wondering why! First off this is a dog friendly store so immediately scores huge bonus points in my book. Not only dog friendly but they know the neighborhood dogs that come in and make a fuss over them to boot. During our visit one very cute bassett hound arrived to a chorus of hellos and ear rubs. Certainly a popular fellow in the neighborhood. As to the essential oils Saje puts collections together to help you achieve what you are looking for, such as relaxation. Who doesn’t want a little relaxation in their life. They also have scents to encourage clarity which for my cloudy mind of late has been much appreciated. Staff are knowledgeable and want to assist you but are not pushing product on your or following your every step through the store. They do point out the deals offered and how to get the best bag for our buck. The bag I received to hold my purchases is the cutest little burlap sack which will be easily tucked in my pocket or purse to use at the shop again and again. I will definiltey be back and this store may even replace my online retailer. After all shopping in a cute neighborhood’s local store with awesome coffee shops near by and lots of wandering and people watching opportunities or shop online. Yeah okay I’ll likely do both but Saje Natural Wellness is a definite draw for me to visit the Mission area again and again.

I absolutely love shopping at Saje. Their products are FANTASTIC and they actually work! Their staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful — they are able to speak to the benefits of each product, and recommend products to help you with whatever remedy you’re looking for. I’m very happy to see more locations opening up in Calgary, and look forward to visiting the Southcentre location soon.

I LOVE this place. Loved visiting this store when I lived in Vancouver and so love that it is in Calgary. We stopped in following pizza one evening and caught them before they closed. The store always smells amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable. I love finding alternative solutions to modern day medicine and I’m always willing to try something new for the latest ailment visiting our family. With this last visit I picked up some eucalyptus oil for the kids humidifier’s for when they have colds and I think it helps because they seem to have better sleeps. This product is also 100% vegan. Saje is well worth the trip into Mission to wake up your senses and soothe your soul.

I have hair extensions. It’s real hair, I just didn’t grow it. For anyone that has ever had hair extensions, they require a bit of work. Some of this work involves finding hair products that are paraben and petroleum-free. Enter Saje Natural Wellness. Saje carries a beautiful Rosa Rescue hair Conditioner that meets these requirements while thoroughly nourishing both my grown and purchased hair, leaving it all silky smooth. Saje smells like the idea of yoga. Soft, relaxing and invigorating all at the same time. They carry products like bath swishes, bath and body kits and aromatherapy remedies that match this smell beautifully. The bath swishes are interesting; they melt to reveal a positive affirmation. Overall if you want to be told you’re worth it by your bath products, are looking for an aromatherapy remedy for your chocolate addiction or just want a really good hair conditioner, hit Saje Natural Wellness and take a deep breath. I heart this store! No really, I do. I found my first head massager here on a Friday afternoon and have had the most relaxed scalp ever since. You *could* portray that as sarcasm, or believe that I really do heart this store! I spent all manner of time sniffing different lotions and potions, finding out which ones were intended for my well-being, to encourage prosperity and balance… or looking at body lotions intended to help relief skin conditions like eczema. Do they work? I’ll let you know. At any rate, the woman working that afternoon was just awesome. She poured us some tea and talked to us about the store a little bit, left us to do our own wandering a bit, and was a «small town» kind of helpful. I want one of their scent steam diffuser things for home. All those smells just made me feel more relaxed. Who doesn’t like a store about relaxing things?

Every time I pass this store I feel my nostrils fill with lavender and eucalyptus, my lungs expand(do I have a set of those? I thought I lost those upon discovering American Spirit Tobacco) and I can actually breath more easily! Saje offers 100% natural remedies: Organic essential oils, insomnia relief, immune boosters, psoriasis and eczema ease, and pregnancy care to name a few. The man working at the store is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When he is not busy I have seen him approach every customer individually and explain all aspects of store and its offerings. Saje is well decorated and so well that you can find your particular ailment or healthcare issue with ease. A hypochondriac’s paradise! I was having huge problems with a skin allergy on my face and he suggested the«Skin Quench». Because the pores on our face are particular, using a crème that isn’t made for our face is like wrapping it in saran wrap. It made a lot of sense. The Skin Quench locks in moisture content of skin and acts as a barrier against dirt and pollution. It also balances oil gland production and supports moisture regulation improving skin’s elasticity and tone. Within a week my skin was back to glowing and moist. Everything at Saje is 100% natural, and is so fresh that you can order beforehand to get a fresh batch made for you. Only complaint is price, why are things that are naturally offered to us from the earth so expensive?
