The chef and owner of the restaurant is a seasoned professional with food production background and years of experience in continental cuisine in particular and various other ethnic cuisine in general the main being French and east Indian. Rohan Anand has worked as a chef with many of the leading hotels of the world. When it comes to traditional cooking its done at its best at Saffron Mantra. The chef has inculcated a lot of of innovative ideas and cooking procedures and honed his culinary skills while working closely with french chefs during his tenure at the five star hotels he also coordinated with master chefs from all over the world while learning ethnic and regional food he also holds his Journey men certificate in the culinary field. The chef and owners are always there to greet you and give you the best service and they take pride to prepare the food that is in the menu, its always a pleasure to see
