History
Established in 2013.
We have been involved with Mescalero and the Conga Room prior to this new venture. Nuevo Latino is a new type of cuisine that holds true to the flavours of Latin America, but executed for a North American audience. It is an interpretation of what pleases this culture without compromising our authenticity.

Business Owner
Born in Lima Peru, from parents from Piura and Chiclayo, places full of flavour. Grew up between Guayaquil, Ecuador and Caracas, Venezuela. Food was always a way to express care, love; a way to show how much one cares depending on the sophistication of the dish, the time spent making it and how much the other person enjoyed it. I have been involved with Mescalero, The Latin Corner, The Conga Room and now Sabroso. Bringing Nuevo latino Cuisine to Calgary and a little bit of Latin flavour, music and passion. As a Grammy Academy member I am always surrounded by music.
