At Radke & Associates we have extensive experience in both Provincial Court as well as the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta including negotiations, applications and trial.

Whether we are representing small businesses or individuals, our focus is on practicing preventative law first. We work with our clients to analyse risk and identify areas of potential conflict thereby trying to avoid problems before they occur. However, in the circumstances when litigation is required, we will attempt to resolve disputes through mediation, negotiation and arbitration before going to trial.

Our firm has more than twenty years experience and strive to keep pace with the complexities of evolving case law, emerging legal trends, legislative changes and regulatory requirements to ensure that clients’ rights are protected, and represented, as much as possible.

Established in 1986.

Our office is conveniently located just East of Chinook Centre and just North of the Chinook LRT on 1A Street SW.

Allan R.

Business Owner

Mr. Radke is the managing principal counsel, practising and experienced in general Practice.

He has extensive experience based on more that 25 years in the areas of business law (purchase/​sale/​corporate), litigation/​personal injury, family law, wills & estates, real estate and criminal law Crown Prosecutor experience.

Allan has experience in all levels of Court in Alberta including Provincial, Court of Queen’s Bench, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.

Allan’s wide range of experience brings invaluable advice to efficiently assess and proceed on most small business and family matters that may arise.
