Promenade

Digital art. That means it can change, right? Every time I drive over the 5^th Ave fly over, I look at the lit up walking pedestrians and think, «What exactly is that supposed to be?» On the front of making people look and wonder what in the world is going on, this piece is successful. Because we all wonder, «Why is it there?»
A piece in the Calgary Sun in April 2012 says, «Promenade is meant to convey the flow of pedestrians, the Bow River and traffic movement through the East Village.»
Can we put a river in there too somewhere? Undecided on the «flow» of the piece with its surroundings. But 3 stars for making it something I talk about!
