We are a husband and wife team that started up in 2011. We are independent of realtor affiliation. We offer thermal imaging and mold inspections as part of a home inspection at no additional cost. We do a thorough inspection, taking the time needed. Our average inspection time is 4 hours but this varies based on the size and age of the home as well as the number of problems found.
