Out on a Limb Professional Pruning

This company apparently offers tree and stump removal services, along with professional pruning and shaping.
I am not really sure that they do anything or have any desire to provide any real services after my experience with them. When I phoned to request the advertised «free evaluation and estimate» I provided Jim with all my information, including the address and requested services. I was told that he would come by the property and provide us with a quote. A month went by, then a couple more weeks. I know all these companies are busy this time of year, but thought more than enough time had passed, so I left a polite reminder on his voicemail. Two more weeks passed. Still nothing. So I phoned back and enquired about the time frame, only to be snapped at by Jim. He was extremely aggressive and defensive. I had been nothing but polite and infinitely patient! I guess that 2 months was not long enough to wait for him to grace me with his estimate. What a primadonna! Really, Jim, I am a willing, paying customer, but I will find someone else if you can’t be bothered to respond.
To sum up, maybe this company provides decent tree pruning and removal services, but how is anyone to know? They are slow to respond, rude, smug, and defensive, and do not bother to come out in a timely manner. Maybe they just have enough work and can take on no more projects. Fine! Then at least have the courtesy to say so.
