Terrible, unprofessional, non ethical, dishonest, rude
This management group are landlords-​slumlords
They charge for condo fees and special assessments too much and nobody knows where their money is exactly going.
Condo fees are too much as it is and whenever something gets broken they doesn’t use condo fee money but they add extra special assessment.
We believe that they pocket more than half of the money that they take from condo owners and they don’t improve much.
One of the condo board managers drives expensive Mercedes Benz and we wonder with whose money.
When they write letters to condo owners they don’t ask them nicely to do something, they threaten them by saying they will take their property. Example they asked bikes t be moved for cleaning and they added if they are not moved they will brake chains and take the bikes away.
When parking lots has to be cleaned they threaten that cars will be towed away if someone forgets to move the car.
Very bad management.
