We were coming back from Caffe Crema in Bridlewood and wanted to stop for a bottle of vodka for our stock of alcohol. Did a quick search on Unilocal and this location was not too far out of the way — important, considering we didn’t know the area. The signs on the door immediately indicate something is a little off. There are about five, with everything from«leave your purse, bags and firstborn in the car» to «only xx people allowed at once in the store» or the like. When inside, you find it’s quite small and cramped. If someone is down an isle, it’s pretty much completely blocked. There are some odd layouts, with wine scattered everywhere, it seems. While we didn’t go in, the beer fridge looked quite small and disorganized as well. Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere — we were hoping somewhere so tucked away would maybe discount the wares. And, one of the employees(owners?) could afford to use deodorant — the smell permeated the store. Needless to say, if I’m in the area I’ll go elsewhere — there are other stores and nothing keeping me coming back to this one. Review #16 of Unilocal’s 30 Day Challenge 2012
