History
Established in 2009.
OEB is chef driven, with seasonal changing menus using local, fresh and organic infredients, by supporting farmers and entrepeneurs alike. Two barns just north of Calgary, are alocated to OEB’s enormous consuptions of free run eggs. We call it our own, free run, dark yolk, Omega 3, the only one in Calgary. All our potatoes are cooked in 100% Organic duck fat, just like our ancestors used to do, hungreds of years ago.

Business Owner
After traveling the world and working for some of the worlds best chef’s, Mauro decided to settle down in Calgary to persue his dream of owning a restaurant, by working together with local farmers and entrepeneurs he has created what OEB has become today. His hard working staff is what makes OEB on a daily basis and for that he is forever grateful.
