It is easy to get screwed downtown at lunch but if you really want to get F*%$@d then come here! Terrible service, awful distribution, portion sizes that are beyond inconsistent, undercooked rice, mounds of jalapenos in some spots and none in others, they slap salsa on there like idiots and 3 shreds of cheese is not cheese on a burrito. I used to eat here about once a week until I found myself walking away more and more upset, I gave it one last shot today and I am completely DONE. Send these folks packin!

So I work in downtown.
Bought a barebowl today and told the lady I wanted salad, and she just plonked down those disgusting green bell peppers. I said, «no no! I want salad!» And she just shrugged and left the green bell peppers there.
She and the second server never smiled or greeted me properly. They just asked, «what would you like?»
I am very displeased with the servings they gave me. For 10 bucks it was sparse. And the service was horrendous and unfriendly.
But I’m very glad they changed their containers from plastic to a box though. That’s why they got a second star instead of one.
