Definitely a disappointing place to go. The subs were mediocrely made and the customer service was absolutely horrible. It’s really hard to order food when and the person behind the counter does not know how to speak English. Usually that’s not an issue as I can communicate fairly well but she was extremely rude about it. In conclusion never again.

This franchise is just ok. I went there only because around that area there are not so many options to eat. I was a little disappointed, because I don’t think a sub could be really bad. And even, when mine was not horrible, it was not good… I had the BBQ ribs sandwich, and in my opinion the ribs were too greasy. I know that is difficult to have a healthy sub, but this one was more unhealthy than they normally are…
I am not going to say I will never go back there, but certainly, I will try to avoid this franchise as much as I can.
