History

Established in 2006.

We were established in 2006 as Centum Mortgage Lending Centre. We re-​branded and changed our name to Mortgages for Less in 2011. Josh has been here since day one and has helped most of our clients with their mortgages. The owner of our business has said may times that «if Josh can’t get your mortgage done, it can’t be done.»

Josh first became licensed as a Mortgage Associate in Alberta in the spring of 2006. That was during the Real Estate boom that saw values increase significantly in a very short time. It seemed Albertans across the province were waking up every day to more and more equity in their homes. It seemed the wealth party would never end!

When the market slowed in 2008, Josh used the experience he gained in those busy years to help more people purchase their homes. Having worked with several types of lenders he has a keen sense of what could, and could not, be done. His broker regularly told clients that «if Josh can’t get your mortgage done, then nobody can.»

Closing in excess of 100 mortgage approvals a year, Josh has the know-​how to place your mortgage with the right lender the first time, avoiding unnecessary delay, and has the relationships with several lenders as well as the mortgage insurers to improve the chances of a positive answer to your mortgage application.
