McDonald’s

At times, the slowest McDonald’s in the city.
Every time I order a Mocha I get a Latte. First world problems but come on guys it’s a shot of chocolate syrup.
The last two times I came through there are people living in their cars in the parking lot, charging their phones in the restaurant.
A real blight on the neighborhood. One Star. Too bad this is the oldest one in Calgary.

Very poor organization. I had a coupon otherwise I wouldn’t have gone. Took 15 minutes for a bacon n egg mcmuffin, hash brown and tea. 2 people who came before me left with their food first, one guy came in with his order and dumped it on the counter and demanded his money back because they got it wrong. I had to go and ask for my order. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. Hash brown was greasy and a little soggy… need I say more?

Even I’m compelled to give such high ratings for a rotten ronnie’s: this has got to be the highest arch’s in history! easily 20 feet tall, for a residential area, that’s impressive.
open 24 hrs, drive thru, and it’s well lit.

I don’t go to Mcdonalds much, but I was blown away but the efficient and über friendly service and the cleanliness of the place. Well done. One particular counter service rep, Edith, comes to mind. I wish American McDonalds take note from the quality of service from this place.

I went through there «drive-​thru» and order only one meal the fish filet with extra cheese and they failed to put the tartar sauce and the extra cheese when I went down and told them about it they looked at me and asked «did u want to order another one?»… In which I responded of course! They gave me another fish fillet but instead of giving me a full slice of extra cheese they took a whole slice and cut it in half! When I asked about this they asked me if I wanted a refund I said no I just want what I ordered… After waiting 15 mins and seeing my sandwich waiting there they finally gave me my order… This McDonald’s used to be the best one in my opinion but now they’re just like every other franchise failure!
Make sure you don’t order when it’s not busy cuz apparently they can’t even handle simple orders!

I’m not crazy about McD in general, but I am a fan of any place that stays open ²⁴⁄₇ (not just the drive-​through, but the actual restaurant in this case). I also like old-​school McD locations like this one, with the gigantic golden arches out front.
