Gross, disgusting and undercooked bacon. The people at the grill have a bad attitude, they don’t care about the quality of what comes out. I had to take apart my breakfast burrito to remove some of the bacon because even I could see that parts of it were raw, the guy took it from this bin of bacon beside the grill, slapped it on the burrito and gave it to me. I only ate the egg and wrap for the most part. Had to dig to find a couple of pieces of green pepper. I have been at Marcellos at AMEC and Bow Valley, both very good places. My suggestion is if you are in the area — go to BOW VALLEY, do not go here. Food poisoning is possible, bad attitude and sad people is a given. I tried it because it said it was under new management, but NEVER again. If you are desperate, then go for the pastries — they look decent as does the coffee.

Pretty hit and miss.
Great if you’d like a pastry or piece of cake. Lots of good snack options like fruit and veggies. Muffins, sandwiches etc. There is a buffet style salad and hot food bar, but the quality of those seems to vary wildly from day to day.
I worked in the building a year ago and would go once a week, but on a recent visit I was pretty disappointed.

I usually go here for their buffet breakfast but not anymore. I got food poisoning either from the bacon or the potato pancakes. My co-​worker also suffered the same symptoms I had.

I’m very happy to have Marcello’s in my building! They have a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and snack options. Great sandwich, salad and hot buffet bars, along with prepared meals, sandwiches, snacks and salads. Less crowded than some of the nearby delis such as Olly’s and Sunterra.
