Life Mark was a fun place to go while I was having physiotherapy. The workers were always so cheerful and positive, like they really enjoyed helping people. They took the chore out of going to physio. The only problem is that it didn’t seem like physiotherapy. It seemed like a place I would go to take a little nap with some heating pads, have someone give me a brief massage, and maybe roll around on a couple of balls and mats. It kind of seemed like this was customary for everyone who came in, and wasn’t specific to me and my needs. I would have liked to have a more personal routine, adjusted to my body and what was right for it. I wish I could say I’ll be going back, but I probably won’t. The people there were honestly such a pleasure to deal with. The ladies at the front desk always remembered who I was and greeted me with such gusto! My physiotherapy was a young girl, who I really felt I could talk to about anything. She always made the experience fun, rather than exhausting. Unfortunately, when it comes to my health and body, I need to know that the attention I’m getting is actually helping me, and isn’t just satisfying social relations. If Life Mark could find a way to adapt to each individual need, then they would be the best place for physiotherapy, hands down. If I could rate the staff alone, they would probably get 7 stars out of 5 from me, but sadly I can’t. I’m basing my rating solely on the excellence of work, and I just don’t think it’s all it should be. Sorry Life Mark, but the quality of therapy just isn’t quite up to par for me.
