History

Established in 1982.

My father was a photo-​journalist. He bought my first camera for me at the age of 8. That was 50 years ago. I made the transition to digital once Canon and Nikon perfected their full frame sensors and manufactured lenses that could equal my Zeiss 35 mm and Medium Format Contax film cameras.

Have shot the Ironman in Kona; specialties are volcanoes, children and South Pacific landscapes. Recently completed major commissions from singer Ian Tyson. Photography has appeared in hundreds of publications.
