Lakeview automotive gave me the most exceptional service– more than I could have asked for.
Long story short my vehicle broke down on Deerfoot on a Sunday. Ama towed me to the closest recommended garage and this was it. I dropped my key in the door and hoped for the best.
Monday morning at 8 am I got a call from the lovely Larry. I explained to him exactly what happened, he walked me through what would happen and said he would call back asap when they knew what was happening. Little over an hour later Larry called back with the problem and was very kind and honest about it.
My dad (a retired mechanic) said the price was more than fair for what had to be done (fuel pump and tie rod ends). I picked up my car later that day and both gentlemen at the front were courteous and very pleasant.
The entire process was wonderful, they were beyond professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car!
Top notch service and will definitely go back to this shop.
