We contacted Instabox for a professional, custom project. It took awhile for the to get back to us. Eventually, they asked if they could come and present some ideas to us. We agreed and a date was set. Right before the meeting, we received an email saying that the sales guy would be 30 minutes late. Okay, life happens. But 30 minutes came and went and they were a no show. no call, no email, nothing.
This does not bode well for how they treat their customers and their orders.
