Love this place! My nails are all extremely well done, and strong, I never break a nail with theirs. Tina is amazing and very gentle. I’m super picky with my nails and I was very impressed, I will continue to go back!

I decided to try this place after going somewhere else nearby in Cranston. They were way more professional here. The technician worked quickly and made sure all of my nails were the same length and shape, and didn’t lay on the acrylic too thick. Their prices are really reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be back.

I used to go to Ispa but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. I took my nieces there for pedicures and some young guy did mine and it turned out horrible. When I brought it to the attention of the other staff members they just didn’t care. I also had shellac done and it started chipping and peeling. I went back to get them fixed and I got nothing but attitude and they started talking about me in their language. I will not be going back.

I go there for acrylic nails. This is the first place I’ve gone where I haven’t lost a nail before a fill. Everyone is super friendly and comes over to talk. The prices are very competitive. I always go to Julie who had brushes the cutest designs.

I Spa nails has very bad quality nail polish and customer service. I would go to another salon if I were you. I got my nails done with shellac and the next day they chipped and I had to go to a special event with with my nails chipped because I didn’t have time to get them fixed. I ended up peeling all my shellac off and a few days later went in to tell them what happened. I explained the situation in a kind manner and they didn’t believe me and were quite rude. I will never be going there again and I recommend no one else should go there either.

I got a gift certificate for my wife for Christmas to get a pedicure done. Service was quick and painless (and the price was right, too, although back in Ontario it would have been even less, how I miss Julie’s Nails in Kitchener now that it is gone). I was happy to find a great a full service storefront spa so close to home in Auburn Bay (in Seton).
