Elif and Yuvuz were amazing. They measured the floor promptly at a great time convenient to me. They quoted me quickly and installed the product as soon as it was delivered. They had over estimated a bit on the material and credited me that immediately. I found their efforts with moving furniture and removing baseboards very well done, always with care and attention. This is a family owned business that understands the importance of a happy customer and fair prices. I enjoyed working with them.

The staff at the warehouse were helpful and patient in helping me decide on my new carpeting. I know NOTHING about flooring and it was very helpful to have Elif walk me through the pros and cons of each carpet. She gave me details down to the cleaning, maintenance, years of warranty etc. I really appreciate the time she took with to help me choose.
When it came to installation, Home Flooring really did a 5 star job.
The installers came on time and were very polite. They worked very hard. I was home all day, so I know how many breaks they took. They didn’t!
A few things about the install — as they ripped up the carpet, they showed me that my underlay was in very good condition, compared it to the brand new one they had brought in, and suggest I keep the underlay. This saved me a little bit and I appreciate that. When they ripped up the carpet on the stairs, they discovered the carpet was glued onto steel stairs. This meant the carpet had to be glued to all the stairs one by one. This took an extra day for the install — it was what needed to be done and they handled the surprise challenge very well. Finally, I’m a 115lb woman. My biggest concern was moving furniture. They handled everything.
I LOVE my new carpet. It feels like walking on clouds and really makes my place feel more luxurious. When I change my hardwood and tile, I will use Home Flooring as well.
