Hitch Shop

We had been here before with fair service. Last year we needed repair on a wiring job done by a previous mechanic. We needed re-​wiring and a new converter. After spending most of the day rewirng it, on the ground, behind the shop, we were off. The job cost over 400. We did ok last summer, but because the wiring was not properly harnessed, it got ripped out over the winter.
We came back asking them to back their work and all they told us (very nicely mind you) is that we need our vehicle re-​wired and A NEW converter. No warrantee.
Here’s my opinion. Unless you have deep pockets and stink of money, don’t go here (you’re welcome, Bob)
This company has a poor after service support. Don’t take my word for it check out the 42 ave branch of the Hitch Shop under BBB Calgary.
These folks know their business, just don’t expect them to back it.

I never post 5/​5, but they deserve it. I took my Limcoln in to have a hitch installed, turned out I had one hidden under a cover plate. They could have easily charged me and I’d never have known. Good, honest, staff here.
